Lead time depends on the type of gifting you choose:

• Prepped Prezzies (ready-to-ship): Typically ship within 2–3 business days.

• Fully Custom Gifts: We recommend a 6-8 week lead time, especially for larger orders or highly personalized designs.

Absolutely. All gifts include a complimentary note. For larger orders, we can include custom cards or branded inserts too—just let us know what you’re envisioning.

In most cases, yes! If you have a branded item or special keepsake you’d like us to include, just mention it during the inquiry process. We’ll confirm if it fits with the overall design and packaging.

After we get a sense of your quantity, recipients, and overall vision, we’ll curate 3–5 concepts for your review. From there, you can mix and match, add or remove items, and fine-tune everything to fit your budget and style.

Once you give the green light, we take it from there—handling sourcing, packaging, and delivery. We’ll also send a photo or two so you can see exactly how everything came together.

For custom projects, we require a $100 retainer to begin the curation process. This allows us to dive into sourcing, concepting, and pulling together thoughtful, tailored gift ideas for your specific event or recipients.

If you decide to move forward with your order, the retainer is applied to your final invoice.
