Yes! We ship anywhere in the U.S. Free pick-up is available for clients in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area.

Lead time depends on the type of gifting you choose:

• Prepped Prezzies (ready-to-ship): Typically ship within 3–5 business days.

• Custom-ish Gifts: Please allow 1–3 weeks, depending on quantity and branded elements.

• Fully Custom Gifts: We recommend a 6-8 week lead time, especially for larger orders or highly personalized designs.

Tight on time? Reach out—we’ll always do our best to accommodate rush projects when we can.

Absolutely. All gifts include a complimentary handwritten note. For larger orders, we can include custom cards or branded inserts too—just let us know what you’re envisioning.

In most cases, yes! If you have a branded item or special keepsake you’d like us to include, just mention it during the inquiry process. We’ll confirm if it fits with the overall design and packaging.

Yes! We roll out limited-edition seasonal gifts throughout the year and also create custom holiday gifting campaigns for businesses and clients who want something extra special. Get on our email list to be the first to know when they launch.

Yes! Once you’ve purchased your gifting package, we will narrow down the gifting choices to 2-3 options. You tell us which one feels the most right for your recipient(s).

After that, we present the items we’ve selected. Once approved, we’ll get to work doing what we do best! 

All sales are final, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), please contact us.

Due to federal and local laws, we are not able to ship alcohol, illicit drugs or weapons (including toy weapons) of any kind. We will not include any items that contain or suggest derogatory racist, homophobic, or xenophobic language or images. Basically, be cool and be kind.
